Score Dispute Policy
The StemCell Guide Score is an independent editorial rating based solely on publicly available information. If you believe your clinic's score contains a factual inaccuracy, you can submit a dispute request and our editorial team will review it within 14 business days.
What you can dispute
Your public website clearly lists a treatment category that our score does not reflect. Example: your site prominently offers neurological programs but your Neurology score seems low.
A capability we marked as No or blank is actually publicly stated on your website. Example: your site clearly states you offer exosome therapy.
You believe your clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, or team quality should result in a higher score. The StemCell Guide Score does not measure these — it measures publicly available treatment information breadth only.
How we review disputes
Step 1 — Submit
Email score@stemcellguideth.com with:
- Your clinic name
- The specific score or category you believe is inaccurate
- The URL on your public website that supports your dispute
- Any other relevant public documentation
Step 2 — Review
Our editorial team reviews your submission against your public website and any documentation provided. Review takes up to 14 business days.
Step 3 — Decision
We will email you our decision. If your dispute is upheld, we update your score and publish a note on your profile: “Score updated [date] following editorial review.” If your dispute is not upheld, we will explain why in detail.
What happens after a successful dispute
- Your score is updated across all pages
- Your profile shows “Score reviewed [date]”
- Your previous score is not shown — only the current score
- No payment is required or accepted for score changes
